MIBO International Corp. is looking for motivated candidates responsible for Training & Development.
In this role, you will set up the technique training program; based on company’s core business, formulate the new product/technology research plan; cooperate with venders and clients to train related staff in United States/China, search and integrate the matched/relevant new product/technique based on headquarters’ needs, assist CEO recruiting new staff in our New York office, set up and organize training plan for the new employees, evaluate new employees, daily office paperwork and coordinating communication between the headquarter, clients and vendors. In addition, you may be asked to handle other tasks associated with other aspects of our business.

- Bachelor Degree is required，Master Degree preferred
- Have Chemical/Machinery knowledge or experience are preferred but not necessary
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Flexibility to work in a team and also independently
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
- Both Chinese & English are required, fluent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
